Service Description

All alteration bookings must be at least two weeks before the due date. We will not accept any garments that will take more than two weeks to alter. Minor alterations, like closing a hole can be dropped-off with approval, if there's no need to try on. Garments that need major changes like hemming, taking in, adding fabric, or any kind of altering requires an in-person 15-30 minute appointment. Please come prepared to try on clothing so that we can make proper adjustments. A $5 N0N-REFUNDABLE fee is required to secure your appointment and also goes towards your total. The balance must be paid before the process starts. Please make sure you have submitted payment before leaving our office. Whether you're dropping off for minor alterations or major alterations, you must be paid in full before we can start altering your garment. No payment, no alterations. Alterations must be picked up on date and time discussed. Please contact us if you are going to be late or need to switch day or time. We can not guarantee that we will be in the office if you show up late. Please be prepared to try on your garment when picking up to make sure all exceptions are met. Extra people are NOT allowed. NO Refunds.
